This delightful 18th century farmhouse (mas) is nestled at the foot of a natural hillside covered with rosemary, thyme and shrubs of the Mediterranean region. The property is bordered by Côtes du Rhône vineyards to the north and east.
The outdoors of La Lauzière are truly enjoyable: A large courtyard with colourful flower garden set against limestone rocks welcomes the visitor. On hot summer days a micocoulier tree offers pleasant shade to the sunny yard. At the far end of the yard a covered terrace with barbecue corner caters to lazy moments and relaxed meals.
The adjacent pool area provides panoramic views of a lovely countryside. The inviting swimming pool (9m x 4.5m x 1.1-1.8m) and lawn area enjoy sunshine until late. A meadow separates the house from the lower-lying vineyards.
